Day 18. Sweet lime

It is the weekend and we have started to do the usual things that people do during the weekend. We got up a bit late, had a late breakfast, went to the laundry with our two weeks dirty clothes and then we were off to Kathmandu two have our second of three rabies vaccination. This sweet lime tree was at the front garden of the clinic. I have tried the sweet lime juice and it is so delicious.

1. We had a lovely lunch in town... a tibetian set for me, well for both of us. it is huge.
2. We had our first cookery class. we learnt how to make Momos... We need to practice lots
3. We have a lovely evening, after eating lots of momos and with the dough left we played a creative game. Each person had to make a figure with the dough and the rest of us had to guess. Mr Spoon won!!

Es fin de semana y hemos empezado a hacer las cosas normales que la gente hace durante el fin de semana. Nos levantamos un poco tarde, tomamos desayuno tarde, fuimos a la lavandería con nuestras dos semanas de ropa sucia. Luego nos fuimos a Katmandú para la segunda de las tres vacunas contra la rabia. Este árbol de lima dulce estaba en el jardín de la clínica. El jugo de lima dulce es muy delicioso.

Positivos:

1. Tuvimos una comida estupenda en la ciudad ... comida de Tiben para mí, bueno para los dos. Es enorme.
2. Tuvimos nuestra primera clase de cocina. aprendimos a hacer Momos ... aunque tenemos que practicar mucho
3. Tenemos una agradable noche, después de comer un montón de momos y con la masa que quedo jugamos un juego creativo. Cada persona tenía que hacer una figura con la masa y el resto de nosotros tuvimos que adivinar. El señor cuchara gano!
