Thunder and rain

A pretty stormy start to the day - thunder and lightning and rain and wind all night and more thunder and rain this morning - but then in typical Melbourne fashion, a glorious afternoon (though a bit humid!)

To catch these drops, I had to go out straight after the rain, as it's amazing how quickly they evaporate once the sun is out.

See it big to find my little upside down fence and garden. The grass is the brown bit - we really needed that rain (and a lot more please! Everywhere looks very brown and it's not even summer yet!)
