Busy day

An online tutorial this morning and then a scoot round to Morrison's to grab some bits and bobs to make parkin which is now in the oven. They sell a "safe for the South" version of parkin but it's not as good as the real thing - I purchased some to tide me, and any visitors, over while the real stuff is maturing. Can't sit indoors ignoring the fireworks on November 5th without something sticky to nibble.

This shot is straight out of my phone and is further evidence that lugging around a DSLR with a range of lenses is often a waste of energy...........
