Knit and Natter

The Knighton church folk have been busy making these lovely knitted poppies (lots of shades, red, purple and pink) to adorn the perimeter fence. 
Next weekend there will be a lot of event to commemorate the ending of WW1. 
We'll be away for the weekend packing up the van and, even though I'm not a church goer, I will be sorry to miss this historical weekend. 
Well done to the lovely knitters of Knighton.
