Unexpected

We've started our wee holiday a day early. We are off to North Yorkshire for a few days. The dogs are in kennels, they went this morning. Then we cleared the living room which is being decorated while we are away. So we decided rather than kick our heels at home for the evening we'd get a move on, get up the A1 a few miles, book into a Premier Inn for the night and have a leisurely meal. This is Callum waiting for me to join him in the bar after dinner at the beefeater.
