The weather’s taken a downhill dive...

... and talking about diving, there was just me in the pool until I was joined by a black diving bird. I’ve no idea about birds; maybe a cormorant?
And this is my last day in this flat. This afternoon I move into a lovely local hotel for 4 nights. If I could just get going now and finish packing then I can treat the hotel stay as a mini holiday but if not I’l be clearing up all week.
Cyril Northcote Parkinson lived in Guernsey (he of Parkinson’s Law that work expands to fill the time available to do it) and this is the problem. I know I’m not moving until Tuesday so keep finding anything else to do but get on with it.
