20 week anomaly scan. I have found it consistently amazing how much detail you can see on the ultrasound from the flow of the umbilical cord, the internal structure of the heart and the flow of the blood inside it, the sound of baby's heart beating even from the first scan to today the internal structure of both kidneys even as far as the individual lobes.
