Sisters in the Hammock

I finally got to the Art Show to view the paintings this morning.

This afternoon we went to the farm. Graham and Bec had another family down for lunch. I did quite a bit of weeding and picked the first strawberries which are producing better than last year.
Unfortunately we found a cow had died calving so she had to be carted off. The kids insisted on watching. It didn't seem to trouble them. I suppose it's good to get used to these facts of life. 

They were playing in the hammocks after their baths. Hugh could have been in this shot but he insisted on closing his eyes and poking his tongue out so I cropped him.Serves him right.
