Almost a Marathon

My grandson Hamish, ran a 20 miler today for the Charity, Everything Ellie, in memory of a friend's sister who died of leukaemia at 16, the age Hamish is now. He loves running and was very lucky with the weather - ideal for jogging along the Tarka trail from Barnstaple to Bideford and back.  
H took 2hr 18 minutes - a fabulous time. I'm sure he'd do a full marathon soon and would come in under the 3 hrs.  Simon, who accompanied him on the bike, will run it next year with Hamish! Very proud of H - a fantastic achievement.
