Boat in the Crinan Canal

A lovely sunny and mild day with a little wind, seems to have a reprieve from winter and have returned to Autumn.

I started the day with a 5k run which always give me energy for the day if I can persuade myself to do it.  

KK's football match has again been cancelled, this time it was because the opposition team has folded. Not an uncommon occurrence with this age group and scatted rural communities which can't always field a team. Instead we dropped him at another local match and went for a walk along the canal.  

Now it is time for Sunday evening roast chicken and wine before we begin the week again. I took this shot along the canal and although the light was good I thought it still needed a lift so I used a filter to give it this old look.
