Last one (nearly)

Without wishing to be biblical, the question does arise, "to pluck it or not to pluck it?"  This is one of the last of the apples in our garden, we spent a good part of the morning raking up the windfalls and cutting the grass. Then we had a barbecue, the first bit of normal downtime that we have indulged in for many a long week.
