Summer's Official End...

Gave the pool a miss this morning and had a lie in instead.  Lovely to sleep till I was ready to wake up but once I am up and showered I always regret not getting up earlier.  Will try and remember that when the alarm goes off tomorrow morning.  

So the last of the nik naks have been removed from the Gin Palace and the last of the garden furniture that gets stored for the winter has been put in The GP is locked up for the winter so summer is now officially over.

In other news, we got the keys to this house seven years ago today.  I can't believe how quickly the time has gone.  It's been the best move ever.
