A new day

Out on one last Bronze D of E training - a little late and out of season and the season exists for good reason! Walking a low level route to avoid snow on the tops, we walked into driving rain all day with light and warmth faded fast through the afternoon. They just about got tents up in daylight but cooking was in darkness and pouring rain and into tents by 6:15pm. Apparently it was a wild night but I sleep well in my fortress/tent!
Daylight showed that we'd picked a pretty (randomly stumbled into in the gloom) nice spot.
