Thought I'd head into town late on to do a bit of Christmas shopping but then found I'd almost no cash with me and no cards. So another senior moment but I had a wander about anyway. By the time I got to the Waverley Bridge I had a big decision to make - blow all my meagre cash on a bus fare home (did I mention I'd no bus pass either?) or buy a packet of biscuits and have a munchy, leisurely, pleasurely walk home instead. The biscuits won!
