The dreaded flat roof

Always a source of stress particularly to Mark who is the one who finds himself shoveling ice and snow of it at 4 o'clock in the morning.- (Access through a bathroom window) Considering its age - about 100 yrs old, it remains fairly leak free - only 2 in the last 20 yrs. However that doesn't stop Mark having nightmares about it. I suppose that is because the first leak we had came through the ceiling directly above his beloved turntable and amplifiers (major trauma) The second leak manifested itself directly above the art books (Marks') resulting in an array of golf umbrellas adding to the decor for the remainder of winter.
