Kingfisher

When I'm down by the canal I always hope to see a kingfisher. This one was quite well camouflaged!

We had a morning left down at Great Haywood so we drove around looking for a certain café we see as we cruise along the canal. By road, we didn't find it but we did come across a nature trail,  at the Wolsley Centre. We took some shots of the ducks and this kingfisher before going into the neighbouring garden centre for coffee.

We had an uneventful journey home thankfully but we could see an accident and miles of standing traffic southbound.
