Ruadh

A little bit of light today. A stroll up on the beach at Griminish on North Uist provided some spectacular views and a decent setting for last week's birthday girl, Ruadh.
More importantly yak and yarn in the pub and so the knitting widows had to accompany their spouses (if a widow can have a spouse) and drink beer.
It seemed a popular spot. 
A film is currently being shot on Uist, "LImbo", and several of the cast and crew were partaking of the beer.
Also some local friends who form, loosely, a band were there and playing. One of them was in the same class as me at prep school back in 1970ish. Small world.
