Well-being

Today was my first day back at work after the half term holiday it was an Inset Day we had to sign up for 2 workshops at two local schools. This morning was De-escalation and this afternoon was Well - being it was all about our well- being at work everyone was given a small tub of playdough and a small stretchy figure to fidget with during the workshop.
