Now what's the problem here? The car isn't parked on a yellow line or too near a pedestrian crossing. It isn't causing an obstruction. No one is driving dangerously or under the influence of drink or drugs. The stereo isn't too loud. There aren't too many people in the car and it isn't overloaded with stuff. The vehicle looks in good condition and appears to be roadworthy.

So why are the police interested?
