Hornsby lighthouse

We took the ferry out to Watson’s bay and had a stroll along to the lighthouse ,then back to the city for an early dinner. It was Melbourne Cup day, which meant that lots of people were dressed up for a day at the races (men in suits, with buttonholes. Women in dresses, high heels and fascinators) and the bars and restaurants were very busy.
