A Slow Burner

Autumn this year seems to have been very slow to get going, but in the last few days it seems to have accelerated and we now have a fantastic colours developing in the woods.

This is one of our regular haunts - and it was looking marvellous today. The yellow canopy of leaves was like wonderful soft filter and there were no real harsh shadows. It really does look nice in LARGE

A load more parcels were sent out today and I also found time to go and buy some more food. Oh and I took a car full of cardboard to the tip for recycling. The boxes were mostly flattened and stacked inside other boxes - so there was a heck of a lot of it. I also took the bottles for recycling and surprisingly there were a heck of a lot of them too….
