Eye aye

Have had a busy day and now back home after having my eyes lasered today. The whole process was remarkedly smooth and I am amazed at how technological advances can mean that what is a relatively complex problem can be solved in quite a simple way. Again, the NHS showing what a magnificent thing it is. The consultants, nurses, in fact everybody involved does a brilliant job.

As ever, I got to the Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion early, which gave me time to wander round the surrounding Meadows and the new Quartermile development, around Lauriston Place to get a blip.
