Hot Hot!

These chilli flakes we brought back from Oman may look tame but make no mistake about it they are hot!

That kind of hot that hits your mouth and kicks your head in! I struggle to stay in the kitchen when they are being cooked as they attack my eyes and nose.

But damn they are tasty! So worth it!
