Looking Up At The Stars

It's photo society this evening and the competition for this month is "Bridges". So on my way, looking for inspiration I had a grovel in the gutter and took this. But the big question is: Is this a bridge or a tunnel? 

I'm dead nervous that it will get chucked out by the judging panel.
