Reaching Out

'Thanks for reaching out to us - no one tried before, we knew only the darkness but that has changed!

We've felt nothing but #kindness and #understanding this last year. We never knew that it was possible to work so hard, fall out like that, learn a lot, make great friends and get some qualifications. (In old fashioned terms we call it forming, storming and norming).

Learning is a gift that always gives and multiplies! Well it does if you know the SALP team-in for a penny and your family are there too!'

Loved the things people noticed, made me think how strange evaluations are-this one was but similarly reassuring.  Today we evaluated one part of our work programme and what an amazing group we have. There's a hint of light in our image tonight-let's work on making it brighter for all adult learners. 

This ROPES group have shown us that we all have much to learn and I'll miss them especially when they move onto their more formal training next year.  

They're welcome back any time-we'll always have a place for you
