Grunged shoulder ...

Saw the man today and he gave me the injection. There was a slight improvement on movement almost straight away however it’s feeling a bit sore tonight.
He reckoned it could take anything from days to weeks to months before I feel any real difference.

I did learn the the muscle has been torn right away from the bone and it’s unlikely that surgery would fix it for good.

For now it’s lots of physio to strengthen the arm / shoulder and then a review in a few months.

I start physio for my lower limbs next week so it looks like I’m going to be busy.
