Birthday

It's my birthday, today, and A gave me a book about Colonsay social history, which I'm sure to find interesting. However, she knows me well enough to also get me Michael Carrick's "autobiography". At work, И gave me a plant and, after working together for an hour, we went to her flat, where I showed her how to make daal which we ate for lunch. We also had a good chat, and then went to see my Mum. Back home, A and I celebrated with a couple of glasses of champagne, eaten with some nice fish, and K is making a cake. L can't be here today, but will be with us tomorrow.

Not a bad day!
