Tiny Tuesday

I wanted to take a macro for Tiny Tuesday of some peacock feathers I found on our outing to Trebon last week. I couldn't find where I had put them so rummaged around in the 'Blip Box' and found this duck tail feather. 
This morning I went Nordic walking with my personal trainer. He showed me some beautiful local spots I hadn't come across. It is a pity i didn't have my camera but you can't stop every 5 minutes to take a picture if you want to get fit! We walked 7.5 km which I managed well but was glad when I got home. My back coped well; I am wondering if the walking sticks helped.
