Day off - busy!

Met up with a friend for coffee this morning. She retired last year and whilst I have seen her since she left work we haven’t talked in detailed. Two hours later and lots of chatter (and two coffees), we left the coffee shop going our separate ways.

Decided to do some shopping, trying to start the Christmas shopping! Whilst looking for birthday cards, picked this one up - I think it’s just me but I don’t get on with twitter, this made me chuckle! :)

Some positive progress with AJ - eventually managed to request the change to her meter which will improve her EPC and therefore her buyer get a mortgage to buy her flat. My cousin has found somewhere for AJ to live that appears perfect (or ticking many boxes). Just need to arrange with AJ getting her up to Berkshire/Surrey to have a look. Fingers crossed everyone :x)

Committee meeting tonight for my lace group, only one more before my term is up.
