Back to normal and fighting fit from tomorrow.

I've been thankful for the supply of these in the medicine cupboard. Not so much to get over the sickness but to ease the discomfort of the huge blood blister I gained whilst saying rather too many hello's to the big white phone on Sunday night.

That and the headaches partly from dehydration and partly from caffeine withdrawal.

On the mend now though.
