Gloucester Pie

My fella recently found a recipie for something known as Gloucester Pie in an old cookbook from 1969. He's lived in Gloucester all his life and never heard of it so we thought we'd give it a go tonight. It's very much like a savoury bread and butter pudding made with Double Gloucester cheese. Strange but tasty!
