PIPPA

She's a working Cocker and belongs to a very nice couple, J & L, who have recently come to live near us from Yorkshire and I've spent a lovely morning with them drinking coffee, chatting about all sorts, and enjoyed a tour around their gorgeous new home, which incidentally I watched being built by a very nice young man I've known since he was a little boy.  So I was delighted to see that his project has been bought by such worthy people who absolutely love their new home.

I took 'Pippa' some mini biscuit bones which she appreciated and sat beautifully for!
