Crispy lamb belly

I went to Hope today to have lunch with two old students of mine at a wonderful hotel, Lose Hill House Hotel. The blip is my starter and very good it was too. Good to see my friends and catch up. After lunch I nodded off having a cup of tea but they excused that and it refreshed me for the journey home.
