Shades of Grey

Maybe not as many as in the book, but quite depressing all the same:-)  It did brighten up for a shirt time later on (see Extra to prove it!), but now it's raining heavily.

Had to wait in for the engineer to service the boiler - between 11 and 12 am we were told, so of course he turns up at 1.30 pm!  However, he was here for two hours and did a very thorough job of checking the boiler, the hot water system (unlike anything you've ever seen!), the radiators and the two gas fires, so he was forgiven.  

A quick dash in to Perth for some shopping and then home in time to make the tea before TJ had to go out to his fishing club AGM.  I'm afraid these cloud photos were the only ones I had a chance to take, so they are my blip today.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who left comments, stars and hearts for my 6th year blip yesterday.  You are what makes this site so worthwhile and will keep me going for the next 6 years:-)
