Louth

Popped into Louth for market day, but started with a long walk along the river on the outskirts at Hubbard’s Hills. A very pretty place with lots of autumn colours.
Louth itself is an interesting town, quite a few impressive Italianate gothic buildings. The market itself was a bit disappointing tbh (acrylic fake fur poncho anyone?) but the independent shops are cool. Top vote goes to the superb cheese shop, especially the Lincolnshire blue.
Finally it was catching the last of the light on Mablethorpe beach so the dogs could let off some steam.
All round lovely day, especially dinner of crusty bread, marinated olives, Brie de Meaux, goats cheese and the Lincolnshire blue.
