Firework Tea

A bit late, but it tasted great.
My mum always used to make these potatoes for us on fireworks night and it’s become a tradition in our house too. They have bacon, onion and cheese in them. Throw in some sausages, beans and fried onions and there’s your firework tea! Delicious :)
