Washington memorial sunrise yesterday

I flew back from dc to Louisiana via Atlanta (as always)- delayed& got home 2am- work started730am- I’m about to finish 5pm to go home, have PBJ samich and to bed- I’m in central time zone- DC eastern & we turned clocks back Sunday- my diurnality is discombobulated- will recover and keep blipping- thanks
