Growing In A Parking Lot......

I found this plant growing in the middle of a large parking lot......  next to a curb, growing from a crack in the pavement......   It was over 3' tall..... as tall as my waist!   There were lovely, bright yellow flowers, and white fluffy  heads that will fly away.  It can't be more than a weed.....   It's not a dandelion,   but there is something really tenacious about it............
      It was waving in the wind, perky and bright.   It's amazing how life will win-out throug shere determination to germinate, flower and go to seed and blow in the wind.....
