I watched the sky change from nothing to this as I made my coffee and toast this morning. It was quite impressive. 

Steven helped me move my washing machine last night and we tested it to see where the water was coming from. Turns out it may be the seal on the drum. I phoned a repair company this morning, and they are coming between 7 &12 tomorrow morning.

Today was s***. Partly because of my thinking. Things I can't let go off. I get so angry with myself , which leads to other things.
