Poorly Pigeon

We were just getting ready for bed and suddenly there was a thump on the back window, frit the life out of me! Went to see what it was and saw this fella perched on the windowsill!
Had to call the Hubby down for a rescue mission, he tried to fly off but was either dazed or hurt. Eventually he managed to scoop him up and took him up to the roof of the shed to hopefully set him free.

There were a few feathers around so I think this may have been the work of one of the neighbourhood cats, Norma was indoors so not her but it wouldn't suprise me if naughty Norman had been trying to catch the birdie!

Well hopefully he recovers from the shock and manages to fly away safely...Good luck birdie!
