The local water tower.  Speaking to a couple of the technicians manning the gate, who had collaborated with a local lighting company to make this tower a visible mark of respect for those who lost their lives in World War 1.  As watertowers are on high ground, this tower can be seen for miles, and to be honest its a spectacular sight.
