The Day of Firsts and Lasts

I can better say; the week of firsts and lasts, as yesterday was the last kitchen shift. However, today will be the crown day of the week as it is the first time I got real proper boots. For years I have been refusing the purchase of this commodity, however, as I am in Canada now,I feel like sneakers are not going to take me through the winter with all my toes still attached.

Therefore.....

I decided to buy boots and they arrived today! Never gonna take them off again.

And for the lasts; two courses ended today.

It was a good day.
