What a brilliant statement!
The Curriculum for Excellence has regular progressive outdoor learning embedded across it. Time outside in green space of some kind whether that's 'pocket parks' in Glasgow or on Cairngorm is "an entitlement for all learners". Of course it looks different in every setting and not everyone's getting it right but the fact it's written up, in policies is fantastic start.
