Preparing for the Winter

Had a quick visit to the Youth Vision garden today in the Pentlands.  We worked quickly and efficiently today ,giving the poly tunnel a good clean and refreshing the soil for next season.  The Saturday group of young people will have plenty to keep them busy tomorrow in the garden, mostly working on soil improvement and thinking about crop rotation.  They will also keep going with Halloween making a blood and guts soup from home grown  pumpkin and beetroots.....
