Magenta Leaf ...

... carefully placed on our back entry stairs. The color magenta is midway between red and blue, and this leaf exemplifies it well; its complementary color (its  opposite on the color wheel) is green. In fact I used a very weak green layer to tone it down a bit while processing the image in Photoshop.  We did a good deal of cleaning up today (with a trip to the dump), in preparation for a guest arriving late tomorrow afternoon. It was a chilly, humid day with rain starting late.
