Autumn Glory

This morning I went on one of my favourite walks from Ellesmere, going along the canal past Blakemere. It's a beautiful walk at any time of year but in autumn the colours are magnificent.  I had trouble deciding on a blip so there's an extra one too.

There were lots of birds around and I was particularly pleased to see a treecreeper. When I returned to Ellesmere the bells were ringing for l Remembrance weekend which made a lovely end to the walk.
