The photo is from 1979. A happy family photo. Today in 2011 was the last time I saw her. I’ve been so sad today. Anniversaries don’t always affect me, but this year it has. Maybe because 11.11.11 means something else to the rest of the country and extra poignant this year as it marks the end of WW1.
