One Beatle Lives On

There's a place we like to go for burgers.  It's called Triple Play.  They have batting cages, miniature golf, corn hole, air hockey and other sorts of arcade games.  There are also 6 TVs always televising sports programming and sports memorabilia covers every wall and shelf.  It's owned by Joe, a guy from Buffalo (our home town). This little guy is his grandson, Lennon.  Lennon's mom Katie usually is working when we go there and often Lennon is with her.  Mom loves him and he adores her.  Katie told me that after meeting mom a couple of times he took two pieces of plastic and put them by his nostrils and said, 'look, just like Miss Carol.'  He sits with her chatting away and sharing her sweet potato fries.  And as far as the Beatle reference...his dad was a huge fan so yes, he is named after John Lennon.
