Lone Star Lake

All the snow had pretty well gone by this morning, which was bright and cold; my phone said it was -11 degrees (12F) but it warmed up to -8 degrees (17F) by the time we went out. We met Mary Ann and drove out to Clinton Lake but there wasn't much to see, so we carried on to Lone Star Lake which is smaller and more picturesque. A short walk but it was too cold to go too far, so we headed back to town for lunch, passing this isolated church on the way. Now having a quiet afternoon with a bit of shopping and reading before meeting up with M-A again this evening for dinner.
