Silver birch

Spotted this beautiful silver birch this morning at Wester Coates when I was walking along the cycle path.
I loved the tracery of the branches against the blue sky. Sadly the weather deteriorated as the day went on. I'm glad I got my walking done early, it's now a case of "Not going out" yuck.
In other news I got notification this morning that my visa had been approved, so I'm good to go, as they say, in February.

13550 steps today.
I try to do 12500steps on 5 days out of 7 starting on a Thursday, so I'm always happy to reach my target at the weekend and give myself a breathing space at the end of the period if I need it. I prefer that to trying to play catch up!
